As Founder of HerWorX, I am passionate about helping organisations and individuals unlock their potential through purposeful leadership, strategic thinking and meaningful collaboration.

My journey has been shaped by a belief that the best work happens when people are empowered to bring their expertise, authenticity and passion to what they do.

I choose to operate from places around the world that inspire creativity, connection and perspective - from Aotearoa New Zealand, my place of birth, to a traditional village on the shores of Lake Como in Italy, and the diverse cultural landscapes of Southeast Asia.

These environments provide space to reflect, recharge and remain connected to what matters most: working with great people, creating value, and delivering work that makes a difference.

My career journey across global technology, engineering and infrastructure environments has provided valuable insight into both the opportunities and challenges faced by modern organisations.

Experiences navigating complex environments, leadership challenges and the importance of inclusive workplaces ultimately shaped the creation of HerWorX - a firm built on the belief that organisations succeed when they have the right strategy, capability and trusted expertise to support them.

Donna Bridgman is a globally recognised leader in digital infrastructure, engineering and technology governance, bringing decades of international experience across complex, mission-critical environments.

Featured in Data Centre Magazine’s Global 100 Women in Data Centers 2026 and 2025, Donna brings deep technical expertise, governance experience and extensive international industry relationships to the HerWorX brand.

Donna is an Engineering Fellow and professional Non-Executive Director. She is a Chartered Engineer (Electrical & Management), an International Professional Engineer (IntPE), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI/CBCI), and an accredited global trainer in data centre education and business continuity management.

She is also a member of the Singapore and New Zealand Institutes of Directors.

Donna’s diverse career across Australasia, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom provides a uniquely broad perspective. Her experience spans high technology, digital infrastructure, engineering services, construction, renewable energy, power utilities, capital investment, government membership organisations, not-for-profit organisations, national sporting organisations and viticulture.

In 2023, Donna was featured in Tatler Magazine Asia’s ‘Power & Purpose’ series, recognising female leaders and trailblazers across technology, engineering, astrophysics and biopharma. She is also a recipient of the Infrastructure Masons IM2023 Award for her global contribution to digital infrastructure.

Donna’s Engineering New Zealand Fellowship, awarded in 2021, recognises her significant contribution to the engineering profession.

She is a regular international presenter and facilitator across EMEA and APAC data centre and technology conferences, has served as a global awards judge, and holds several Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board positions - including serving on the Infrastructure Masons iM Women Global Board as APAC Regional Chair.

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, diversity, equity and inclusion, and STEM careers, Donna champions a growth mindset and encourages women to be visible, confident and courageous as they navigate careers in traditionally male-dominated fields.
